Looking to sell

At Bike to be we appreciate that your bike may not fulfil your needs forever. So to help you find a good home for your old bike, we offer a second hand sales service. This service works on three levels:

1, If it is a bike you originally bought from us, we will offer you a buy back service. The value we offer you will be determined by the age of the bike and its condition.

2. We will act as a broker, advertising and liaising with potential purchasers. You can use this service in three ways.

Standard – You provide a description, sale price and pictures. We advertise it on our website in our shop. Flat fee of £10.

Deluxe – With the deluxe service we will need to see the bike in person, so that we can check it over, and give a professional opinion on condition and potential sale price. By doing this we will then be happy to endorse your bike in our adverts providing confidence for potential purchasers. Flat fee of £25.

3, If you are looking to part exchange for another bike, or, you just want a quick sale. We will make you a fair offer that will of course take into consideration that we have to sell your bike on in the future. We will need proof of ID and of purchase for this.
